Angie Tinnell
President
Angie has been a leader in the career management space for over 25 years. As the first employee hired by Meridian, she was charged with the task of transforming a vision into a solid and reputable business practice. Throughout the years, her dedication and innovative approach moved her from Operations Manager to Senior Vice President, and ultimately assuming the role of President in January 2017. Angie is passionate about leading a business that works on a foundation of quality, integrity, and care for the people we serve.
Katherine Ponds

Product Management
Prior to entering the career management field in 1995, Katherine held diverse management positions in executive recruitment, government, and non-profits. Her corporate successes include growing revenue and profit in dynamic, highly competitive industry sectors, developing and overseeing execution of career, talent, and change management solutions, and helping organizations optimize their human capital, downsizing, and career management activities. Katherine is a contributing author of The Talent Management Handbook (2018).
Melvin Scales

Melvin offers decades of experience in the career transition and career management space. He is a recognized thought leader in the industry and a published author, including serving as a co-author for two editions of The Talent Management Handbook. Melvin is a credentialed coach through the Center for Creative Leadership and is a member of SHRM. He has been with Meridian since 2015 and leads Meridian’s University Solutions division.
Sam Gallucci

Sam Gallucci built his career in human capital management with expertise in all facets of recruiting, retaining, and developing talent. His strength is aligning human capital with business strategy, building capacity to achieve the growth plan, and driving change in order to improve an organization's capacity to deliver value. Sam has a Master's degree in Psychology and a doctorate in Education. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Debbie Orostin
Operations Manager
Debbie executes a critical role to maintain an exceptional level of quality services for our clients. As a published author, editor, and writer extraordinaire, she leads our resume development team and is a Certified Resume Writing Professional (CPRW). Her educational background includes Psychology with a concentration in Human Resources and Human Services. Debbie is a contributing author of The Talent Management Handbook (2018).
Mark Richardson

As a founding member of the Meridian executive team, Mark has been instrumental in the creation of quality career management programs. Mark brings extensive business knowledge through many years in Fortune 100 organizations in human resources and decades as an executive career coach in the coaching industry. Mark has a Master’s degree in Career Coaching and is certified in MBTI, FIRO-B, WorkPlace Big 5, and WorkPlace 360. He authored The Way to New Employment in 6 Stages (2019).
Ron Grant
Founder / Advisor
Ron founded Meridian and served as President until December 2017. As President, he brought extensive experience gained in progressively more responsible assignments in both the corporate arena and consulting field. Under Ron’s leadership, Meridian reshaped the definition of both outplacement and talent development, and in so doing, set the trend for the entire industry. He is recognized for his passionate approach to Meridian’s mission, and for his strong commitment to principled management and client service. Ron serves as a trusted advisor to the Meridian leadership team.
